Renaming the Groups

The groups can be renamed. In the following example, the ChangePlan-DEFAULT-DES default group is renamed.

1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
3. In the System Wide section, click Group.
   Result: The Groups window is displayed.
4. Click the for the default change plan team: ChangePlan-DEFAULT-DES
   Result: The default Change Plan team's Role tab is displayed.
5. Click Detail.
   Result: The default Change Plan team's record is displayed.

6. Click Action > Edit.
   Result: The edit Groups window is displayed.
7. Change the default DEFAULT under the Group field to the user defined Site code under the Organization Unit table.
   

8. Click the Save button.
   Result: The new team has been added to the list in the Group window.
